- Coverage on the larger islands (Phuket, Samui, Phi Phi) is good. On smaller islands like Koh Lipe or Koh Kood, expect 4G to dip in remote bays.
- Tap water in Thailand is not safe to drink — apps like Grab can help locate convenience stores; data matters more than you’d expect.
- Most temples (wats) have signal even though they’re sacred sites — your eSIM works there for Google Translate at signage.
