These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of eSIM products and services from GoWorldeSIM, operated as part of Heera Travel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and services

GoWorldeSIM sells digital eSIM data plans for use in supported countries and regions. Each plan lists its data allowance, validity period, network type, and activation method on the product page. The details shown at the time of purchase form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility and device compatibility

eSIM plans require an eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device supports eSIM before purchasing. We provide a compatibility checker, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or carrier lock status.

3. Orders and delivery

After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation details are delivered by email, typically within a few minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the delivery email.

4. Activation and validity

The validity period and activation rule for each plan are stated on the product page. Many plans begin counting when the eSIM first connects to a local network at your destination; others begin at purchase or installation. Plans cannot be paused once activated.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your full card details.

6. Refunds

Because eSIMs are delivered digitally, our refund policy is limited. Please see our Delivery Policy for details on when a refund or replacement may be available. In general, once a QR code has been delivered and installed, the eSIM is non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

eSIM plans are for personal travel data use. Reselling, abuse, fraud, or use that violates the policies of the underlying network operator may result in suspension without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

Network coverage and speeds depend on local operators and conditions beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, GoWorldeSIM is not liable for service interruptions, coverage gaps, or indirect losses arising from use of an eSIM.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
