This guide explains how payments work at GoWorldeSIM, which methods we accept, and how we keep your checkout secure.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept major international cards through our secure payment partner, including Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. The available options are shown at checkout.
2. Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the plan and checkout pages. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees depending on your card and location.
3. Secure checkout
Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. Your full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
4. How to complete a purchase
- Choose your destination and select a plan.
- Enter your name and a valid email address for eSIM delivery.
- Proceed to the secure payment page and complete your card payment.
- After successful payment, your eSIM QR code is emailed to you.
5. Payment issues
If your payment is declined, please check your card details, available balance, and whether your bank blocks international transactions. If the problem continues, contact your bank or reach out to us for help.
