What is an eSIM and how does it work?
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile installed on a compatible phone. Buy a travel plan, receive installation details after payment confirmation and follow the instructions for that plan.
When does my eSIM plan start?
This depends on the selected plan. Validity may begin at purchase, installation, manual activation or first supported network connection. Read the activation rule before buying or installing.
Does my phone need to be unlocked?
Yes. Your exact device variant must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. A model name alone does not confirm compatibility.
Can I keep my primary SIM active?
If your phone supports using both lines, you can keep your home SIM active and select the travel eSIM for data. Home-carrier calls, SMS and roaming may still incur charges.
How will I receive my eSIM?
Installation details are sent to your checkout email after payment confirmation and supplier processing. Check spam or contact support with your order reference if they have not arrived.
What if my eSIM does not connect?
Check your data line, activation rule, coverage, remaining data and roaming or APN instructions. Restart your phone if needed. Contact support before deleting the eSIM.
